If you are considering purchasing or renting a retail/commercial space it is imperative that you are well informed about the space including the HVAC. It is often used and abused by previous tenants because it was not required for them to perform maintenance in their lease or the owner of the space is interested in making as much money as possible while putting out as little as possible to maintain the space.
